Condition
There is a thick varnish but UV examination does reveal an area of retouching to the figure's right shoulder. There is a slight undulation to the figure's right cheek, inherent to the artist's laying down process and only visible in a raking light. There is some minor frame abrasion to parts of the extreme edges. The top layer of the composite board has been ripped in places on the verso. Otherwise, this work is in overall good condition.
