Condition
The canvas is lined. There is a thick milky varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating. However, UV examination reveals a few spots of retouching towards the thick white pigment in the upper left corner and a few further tiny spots scattered intermittently along the lower edge. There are a few fine lines of stable craquelure in places to the thicker pigments and a tiny spot of paint loss to the cat towards the lower left corner and some spots to the green bottle to the centre of the lower edge. Otherwise this work is in overall good condition.
