sur trois pieds décorés de fruits et rinceaux, le bord à décor alternant des cartouches fleuris ajourés et des coquilles, fleurs et oiseaux sur fond amati, le centre gravé de pampres et grappes de raisin, le marli appliqué d'un cimier représentant un lion tenant un sabre devant un soleil couchant (Ordre du Lion et du Soleil)

Catalogue Note

L'Ordre du Lion et du Soleil fut créé en 1808 sous la dynastie Qajar par Fath Ali Shah pour remercier le major anglais Malcolm d'avoir introduit la pomme de terre en Perse. Néanmoins, cet emblème du Lion et du Soleil est celui de la Perse de 1576 à la chute du dernier shah en 1979.
