Condition

2 sets of extra straps. Movement running at time of cataloging, however not tested for the accuracy of time and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Case overall in excellent condition with very crisp engraving in excellent condition. Dial in excellent condition. The present lot contains endangered species which is subject to restrictions upon international export. Accordingly, the strap for this item will be removed prior to shipment outside the United States.

Officine Panerai first partnered with the British engraving house Purdey in 2002 and has since released several different editions of Luminor Sealand watches with hand engraved covers. The present lot features a beautifully engraved Bald Eagle to the cover with gold details. James Purdey & Sons have built, and engraved, sporting guns in London since 1814.
