rectangulaire à pans coupés, le couvercle orné en son centre du profil du roi George Ier d'Angleterre, tourné vers la gauche, reposant sur une licorne et un lion dans un entourage de rinceaux et têtes d'aigle sur fond amati, le dessous également en nacre, la bâte en or, apparemment non poinçonnée
