Condition
Illustration is quite accurate.
The overall condition is fine, there are some very minor cracks to the veneer in several places. The marquetry with a fine and elaborated design. The inside with some stains and wear to the compartments and shelves. the leather top replaced, in good condition. The inside of the lower doors with vertical cracks. The mounts with a fine design and chasing : probably re-gilt at some stage but with fine wear. One small bronze element to re-fix on the right foot. Marble top in good condition. Fine piece by a famous Louis XV cabinet maker.
