rectangulaire à pans coupés, le couvercle orné d'un panneau octagonal représentant le profil d'Ulysse et Pénélope, bordé de perles et de demi-cercle en taille d'épargne émaillés de bleu et blanc, émaillés de bleu translucide sur un fond guilloché de spirale, ce décor repris sur la bâte et le dessous encadrés de bordures en taille d'épargne émaillées de noir, bleu et blanc, poinçon de maître en creux
