Centering an oval-shaped cabochon ruby weighing 9.70 carats, accented by round and baguette diamonds weighing approximately 2.00 carats, size 6ΒΌ, signed Bulgari, numbered C1703; circa 1980.

Condition

In good condition overall, the mounting exhibits some nicking and abrasions to the surface of the gold. The ruby is a medium pinkish red color and is semi-translucent. Diamonds are approximately G-I color and VS-SI clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 68140 stating that the ruby is of Kenyan origin, with no indications of heating. Accompanied by GIA report no. 5161820611 stating that the ruby is of inconclusive geographic origins, with no indications of heating.
