Description
- Lacloche Frères
- platinum, diamond, onyx, emerald
Of floral design, set with numerous rose, single and old European-cut diamonds weighing approximately 4.30 carats, the flowering vines set with calibré-cut cabochon onyx segments, spaced by stylized shou characters, symbolizing longevity, set with calibré-cut emeralds, the reverse decorated with floral engravings, length 6½ inches, signed Lacloche Frères, indistinctly numbered, with French workshop and assay marks; circa 1925.
Condition
In good condition overall, with losses and chips to several onyx segments, some crudely repaired with enamel. The emeralds are a light medium green and are lightly to moderately included, several chipped or partially missing, one small emerald missing entirely. Diamonds are approximately F-I color and VS-SI clarity. Lovely floral engraving to the reverse and the edges of the bracelet. Evidence of solder repair to the reverse. Fitted with a safety closure. Signed Lacloche Freres on male end of clasp and faintly numbered 75479 on opposite end and clasp tongue.
