Condition
Overall in good condition. The wooden surfaces display a warm color and rich figuring. The surfaces have been sensitively refinished and present with minor surface scratches, a few minor edge abrasions and minor surface soiling. The tops of each table with minor discoloration consistent with minor sun exposure and a few minute scattered and sensitively undertaken restorations, only visible upon close inspection. One of the tables with a few minor losses to the veneer, the largest to the upper edge of the top and measuring approximately 1 1/8 in x ¼ in. The other table with a restoration to one lower corner of the top. The structures of the tables have been reinforced at some point in the history of the tables with a few associated restoration marks. One of the upper portions of a single leg with a prior restoration to the upper portion at the junction under the top. These highly functional tables can be used either as individual game tables or can be configured together as a larger dining table. The architectural sensibility of these tables is further enriched by its illustrious provenance. -----
