Overall in very good condition. The piece reflects the care of its single owner. The glass top is in very good condition with minor surface scratches consistent with gentle use. The gold foil to the interior is in good condition with scattered pieces adhered to the interior surface of the glass which is consistent with the model, as seen in the catalogue illustration. There are some minor foil fragments that are adjacent to the edge of the glass panels, also consistent with the construction of the sliding top of the model. The plexiglas is in good condition with minor surface scratches consistent with gentle use. There is very minor amount of surface dirt in the seams at the corners where the glass top meets the plexiglas frame. The base is in very good condition. The metal with minor surface soiling, a few minor surface scratches, very minor spitting and minute edge abrasions consistent with age and gentle use. A great example of this very desirable table.
