well carved in the form of a recumbent bixie with its head turned to its right with an eagle perched atop its back, the single-horned mythical beast with a finely incised mane and bifurcated tail, the bird depicted with a wide pair of wings and a long tail, the stone of a greyish-celadon colour mottled with russet inclusions

Condition

In overall good condition with natural veins inherent in the stone. The actual colour of the stone is similar to the catalogue illustration.
