the interior centred with a medallion enclosing a five-clawed dragon writhing amidst stylised ruyi-shaped clouds, the exterior incised with two five-clawed dragons striding against an incised wave ground, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character reign mark
Condition
The outer rim has a restored area (4 o'clock) with overpaint covering approx. 0.5 by 2 cm, possibly to conceal a flake smaller than the overpainted area. There are 2 other smaller restored sections (3 o'clock), of approx. 0.3 by 0.3 and 0.1 by 0.3 cm. There is also some expected wear especially to the interior.
