Description

  • nephrite
comprising a belt hook with a dragon-head terminal, skillfully carved in low relief with archaistic scrolls, the smoothly polished stone of an even color with some icy inclusions; the second, a plaque, carved on both sides with auspicious objects (2)

Condition

The belt hook has a small chip to one corner of the end of the shaft, and another tiny bruise to the tip of one horn. The plaque has a stained bruise to the top, and stained fissures to the upper corners. Both pieces with minor nicks along the edges and faint fissures to the stone.
