The print is in very good condition. There is a soft handling crease in the lower half of the image. There is a 6 inch crease extending from the right side of the top margin to the upper area of the right margin that is not affecting the image. There are some handling creases in the bottom margin of the print. The corners of the print have been bumped. 'FS-15' is written in pencil on the reverse of the print. The credit stamp on the reverse reads 'PHOTOGRAPH BY FRANCESCO SCAVULLO'. A studio label, printed with the sitter's name, is affixed to the reverse.
