Millegrain-set with an oval sapphire within a border of circular-cut and rose diamonds, detachable hook, Russian assay and maker's marks.
Condition
Russian assay mark, maker's mark for Carl Faberge, numbered 28394. Sapphire light blue, typical inclusions visible to the naked eye, abrasions to facets, chip to back and a small chip to the front. Diamonds bright and lively. Scratches to metal consistent with wear. In good condition.
