Description

  • opal, diamonds, platinum, gold
centring on an oval cabochon black opal within stylised ribbons millegrain-set with single-cut diamonds, to a diamond-set suspension loop, fitted case stamped Carrington & Co, 130 Regent St, detachable brooch fitting and screw driver.

Condition

Opal heavily crazed throughout, deep blue, translucent stone, measuring approximately 24mm x 19.5mm x 11.2mm, weighing approximately 30.00 carats. Diamonds bright and lively with mixed colours and clarities. Detachable suspension loop, brooch pin and screw driver. Fitted case with staining to interior velvet through damp.
