Condition

Overall in fair condition with the usual tarnishing and dirt to gilt bronze mounts consistent with age and atmospheric conditions through the years. Electrified. The bottom finial of one is a later replacement.

The sculptor Lelièvre was a pupil of Théodore Eugène Victor Barrau. He exhibited at the Paris Salon of 1905 with works commissioned by the National Horticultural Society of France and the Paris Golf Club.
