Condition
Overall in very good condition. The wood surfaces have been sensitively refinished and when viewed first-hand, the wood presents with a wonderful variation of deep brown and dark colors. The wooden surfaces with minor surface scratches and a few minor edge abrasions consistent with age and gentle use. The wood surface with minor tight age cracks to the wood, consistent with the aging of the material and that have been sensitively stabilized. The proper right lower drawer with a minute loss to the veneer along the upper edge, visible in the catalogue illustration and measuring approximately 1/8 by 1/8 in. The proper left lower portion of the cabinet with a hole to the back of the cabinet, measuring 1 ¼ in. in diameter and not at all visible when the cabinet is placed against the wall. A wonderful piece of delicate scale and refined execution. ---
