These two gelatin silver prints are in generally excellent condition. In raking light, a few deposits of original retouching are visible on both prints. (Long Hair) - This print is titled 'Jessie at 12 (1)' in pencil on the reverse. There is a 1/2-inch tear in the lower margin, which does not appear to intrude upon the image. The lower left margin corner is creased, and there is a nick in the upper right margin edge. The other margin corners are insignificantly bumped. (Short Hair) - This print is titled 'Jessie at 12 (2)' in pencil on the reverse. There is some wear and creases to the left and lower left margin edges and the lower left margin corner.
