Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the canvas and green shelf is brighter and more vibrant in the original. Condition: This work is in very good condition. The left edge of the canvas is frayed. There are artist's pinholes in the upper two corners of the canvas and in other places elsewhere, where the unpainted terracotta elements and shelf are meant to be attached. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
