The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. Some light dust fibres have adhered to the surface of the highly impastoed areas and the upper edge. Close inspection reveals some minor wear to the upper corner tips and some further wear with associated minute and unobtrusive specks of loss to the upper edge, towards the upper right corner and the centre of the lower edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
