The colours in the catalogue are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality tends more towards cream in the original.

This work is in very good condition.
Lower panel: Extremely close inspection reveals a media accretion towards the centre of the upper edge of the white section. Further very close inspection reveals a few fine, hairline, stable cracks to the right edge of the white section, towards the upper right corner and in isolated places on the lower edge of the white section.
Upper panel: Close inspection reveals a few fine, hairline, stable isolated cracks along the upper and lower horizontal sections in the white paint. There is a further fine, hairline and stable crack towards the centre of the upper right quadrant. There are a few minute and unobtrusive media accretions in places. Both panels would benefit from a professional clean. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
