Condition

Overall the condition of the bronze is good, with some dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is some rubbing to the patina at the high points, and there are a few areas of scratches to the patina, including: to the proper left arm and wrist, to the proper left foot, and to the proper right arm. There are a few, possibly cast-in, dents, notably to the proper left foot and the proper left wrist. There is minor glue residue to the dress at the back. The head and the proper left foot are cast separately, and the joints are very slightly visible. The lyre is slightly loose.
