with a restored rouge marble top, together with an Italian walnut table second quarter 19th century, the frieze with a small drawer; a French brass-mounted mahogany and rosewood tricoteuse, 19th century, with three tiers, the upper tier with a hinged front section, the sides applied with rosewood diaper motifs, and a French kingwood and rosewood and parquetry bijouterie table, late 19th century, with bevelled glass panel to the hinged top, the interior lined in red velour and with swivel drawer below

Condition

The guéridon in overall good conserved condition. Old very minor marks and chips commensurate with age and normal usage. The walnut table with old marks, scratched scuffs and aged cracks generally commensurate with age. There are two oval recesses cut out internally. The stretchers possibly a later replacement. Evidence of old worm which appears to be no longer active. One leg is very wormed and restored there is evidence of a previous stretcher. There is a very small patch to the rear. The tricoteuse is in overall good condition. The hinges are probably later replacements as are the brackets supporting the two lower tiers. The top has old minor marks, chips and scratches. the brass is slightly dirty and would benefit from a light clean according to taste. The piece is rather faded to one side. Two sides of the block is missing brass banding which can easily be replaced. The bijouterie with some scratches to the glass top. There is some damage to a section of the veneer boarding the top. There are some patches and replacements to the veneer along the border surrounding the top. The mounts are dirty and the gilding is worn. There are old minor marks, chips, scratches and losses to the veneer generally.
