Condition

The two small circular panels are uncradled and flat. The paint surface is stable with an even and slightly discoloured varnish. There is no major damage visible to the naked eye, and a pronounced craquelure throughout. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals tiny scattered minor restorations throughout, and some sensitive retouches that aim to minimalize the effect of the craquelure. In fair overall condition. This lot is offered in matching carved and gilt wood square frames in good condition.
