Condition

In fair condition. Upper section adapted and with later elements. Drawers lined with later green fabric. Later blocks to inside of bracket feet for support. Abrasions to edges with losses to bottom 3 inches of front of left side and small losses to the edges of the front of both front bracket feet. Restored cracks to bracket feet. Escutcheons later. Top section originally fitted with a vertical locking mechanism for all upper drawers. Two pulls detached but present. Slide to bottom section with later leather. Interior of upper portion later. One corner mount from door detached but present. Mounts with oxidation and rubbing. Usual chips, abrasions, scratches, and patches of infill consistent with use and age.
