the compressed body decorated with a band of stylized 'shou' characters alternately flanked by either Buddha's hand citrons or leaves, interrupted by opposing pierced 'S'-shaped handles, all below a waisted neck and lipped rim, supported on three bulging cabriole feet, the base centered with two characters reading Shisou
