註：陳曾壽為遜清遺老，以孤忠節義，得時人所重，詩詞享譽文林，幾掩其畫名，筆下所出流露文人逸氣，擅畫松，偶作山水，以小卷尤佳。本幅寫於一九三一年春，他結束多年滬杭幽居生活，應召赴津任溥儀妻婉容教師。畫中方寸天地，景物清嘉，湖石寂然，雜樹森森，結廬於此，以消晝永，雖身處津門，畫境中仍是一派西湖嵐光孤影，水流雲在之忘世景象。
