Condition
-Paper has turned yellowish due to age and light stain can be found, which can be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in good condition.

註：本冊乃王文治分別以小字楷書恭錄文徵明題畫詩，及行書鈔自寫詩稿，贈時任同知之友人。楷書與行書尺幅大小不一，可知寫於不同時期。復按楷書部份仍見每頁挖嵌鑲裝入冊之痕迹，或為後得者合而為一，裝裱成冊。
冊中具葛嗣沆及李廣釗兩家藏印。晚清浙江平湖「愛日吟廬」主人葛金烺，兒輩以「嗣」字排行，故葛嗣沆或為其一系，俱出於收藏世家。李廣釗，名嘉，安徽合肥人，任職銀行界，為民國時期上海金融界名人。亦嗜收藏，範圍包括書畫瓷器。
