Condition

The dish is in overall good condition. There is some minuscule fritting along the edge of the rim at the interstice of the old metal rim as visible in the catalogue photo, all consistent with the type. There are a few minor imperfections in the glaze including a pale brown spot visible in the catalogue photo and a little unevenness at approx 1 o'clock of the catalogue photo. There are a couple of pale spots to the underside. The original George de Menasce Spink & Son label has detached from the base and is kept in a separate bag.
