the pear-shaped body rising from a short splayed foot to a waisted neck and gently everted rim, the shoulder flanked by a pair of loop handles with ram’s head terminals with a thin raised fillet bordering the body, applied overall with an even pale greyish-celadon glaze suffused with a network of dark brown crackles, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character Qianlong seal mark, wood stand and old Japanese box
