Pile generally good, ranging from near original 1/6in. with clipped outlines and areas of foldwear low to knot heads. Upper center edge with a 10in. by 5in. reweave and in the field a repaired curving slit. Scattered spot stains and minor scattered moth damage. Original side cords with some fraying. Scattered repiled moth damage along edges and some faded in border. Ends secured with blanket stitch. Supple handle, fine weave for carpet of this size, sound fabric and condition, lustrous wool.
