Condition

In overall good conserved condition. The finial at the end of the wrought iron section is probably a replacement. There are two later iron hooks in the top. The wooden top comprised of a raised tablet appears later. There are construction cracks and hairline cracks generally. The moulding below the top on the upper section looks later. There is evidence of old minor wood worm especially to the baluster section in the centre which appears to be no longer active. There are old restorations generally and areas of discoloration and infill. The feet are probably later. The door is slightly bowed.
