Condition
The board is flat even and is ensuring a stable support. There is minor paint rubbing along the four framing edges, notably in the upper and lower edge. The surface fluoresces quite unevenly under ultra-violet light, making the surface difficult to read. However, some minor scattered spots of retouching are visible in the background and the signature appears to fluoresce and may well be strengthened.
Presented in a gilt frame.
