one painted with a gentleman on horseback holding a sword in his right hand, and two similarly painted with a gentleman on horseback holding a flag in his left hand, each in a minimal landscape reserved against bright ochre-yellow sky,

Condition

Of the two similarly painted, one with a rim chip 3.3cm. at the widest point, and four flat chips. the example painted with a figure holding a sword, a restored chip to the underside edge of the rim not noticeable on the front face, located at 10 o'clock. otherwise typical glaze flaking to rim.
