Condition
Overall, the condition of the stone is good, with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is weathering to the surface throughout, consistent with placement outside. The top section of the proper right wing is lost. There are a few further losses, including to a section of the hourglass, the tips of the toes of the proper left foot, and the thumb and index finger of the proper right hand. This hand would have held an attribute, which is lost; there is a hole in its place. There are also losses to the corners of the base on the right side. There are several chips and abrasions, notably to the proper left hand, along the edges of the drapery, and the edges of the base. There are several dirt marks, notably to the crevices of the beard and around the proper right armpit. There is a hole to a fold of drapery at the front at the bottom. There is a stable naturally occurring fissure to the stone above the forehead.
