inscribed in ink: 6005770 to the front, and: 5173 to the reverse

Condition

Overall the condition of the relief is good, with dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. The stone appears to have been cut off at the bottom, as the top parts of engravings are visible above the edge. There is some dark staining to the surface in several areas. There are chips and abrasions around the edges and in particular to the top edge. There is a hole to the top edge.
