Condition

The surface has darkened, and there is dirt throughout. There are chips and abrasions throughout, notably to the man's nose and hat, the orb, and the bird's head and tail. There are further notable chips around the outer and bottom edges, including a larger loss to the edge on the right side. There are some encrustations to the surface, in particular on the far right side near the bottom. Otherwise the condition is stable.
