Description

  • Ink on pape, heighted gold
Arabic manuscript on paper, 12 lines to the page, written in thuluth and naskh script in black ink, the top 4 lines within cloud bands against a gold ground punched with cintamani motifs, side panels of rococo foliate motifs, borders of scrollwork and scrolling flowers, framed

Condition

In generally good overall condition, a few mild smudges, illumination bright, as viewed.
