Description

  • tinned copper
  • 37cm. max. diam.
of deep rounded form, with a large calligraphic band under the rim and further inscriptions in cartouches on the rim, the body with a rigorous interlace of flowers and split-palmettes against a hatched ground, maker's stamp on base

Condition

In general good condition, minor losses to rim edge and cracks, various knocks and abrasions consistent with age, incrustations and oxidisation to interior, as viewed.
