Description

  • brass
  • 16cm. height.
of baluster-form on a short foot with slightly flared mouth, with large thuluth inscriptive band to body separated by vegetal roundels, between two bands of animals in chase, further inscriptive band in ornamental Kufic around mouth 

Condition

In generally good overall condition, foot slightly truncated with repair, vestiges of silver inlay but largely missing, decoration rubbed, as viewed.
