Description

  • 41cm. high, 62cm. wide, 31cm. deep; 1ft. 4¼in., 2ft. ½in., 1ft. ¼in.
with a domed canted hinged top, the whole inlaid with geometric motifs and roundels, later lined with silk damask 

Condition

In overall good conserved condition, overall marks, chips and scratches. There are some minor sections of veneer missing towards the rear edge of the right side. The lower section approx 2cm deep is probably added. The hinges are later. The lockplate is now missing.
