detachable scrolling branches with scale-work ornament, the fluted columns with acanthus embellished girdles and applied husk swags, crested, loaded
Condition
The candlesticks incuse stamped "J.W. BENSON LONDON" to each base. The candelabra's incuse stamped "HUNT & ROSKELL LATE STORR & MORTIMER 118" to each base. The hallmarks to the candlestick bases are rubbed but legible, otherwise clear. The sconces a little loose. Light wear to high points, generally crisp. The candlesticks showing a little more wear. Fine surface scratches throughout.
