Oil on canvas, canvas is not lined. Surface: In generally good condition aside from a small repaired hole 1/4 inch from the flag pole at left, a few scattered lined of craquelure below ocean liner, and a few incised marks at rear of battleship. UNDER UV: A few scattered dashes of inpainting.
