Condition

Overall in very good original condition. The metal elements of the frame with a nice finish the chromium-plating. The metal frame with a few very minor surface scratches and a few minute discolorations, consistent with age and gentle use. There is some surface dirt to the recessed portions of the design. The glass shades with a few minute air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the production. This lamp is being sold with two shades and according to scholarship on the model, is lacking the smallest shade. The top rims of the two shades with a few small and minor edge chips that are not visible once the shades are properly installed in base. The switch is functional and the table lamp is electrically stable. A wonderful design that epitomizes the unique lighting design vision of Poul Henningsen. ---
