Condition
Overall in very good original condition. The table presents in person with a rich and soft iridization to the glazework signature in Jouves ceramic works. The table with great scale and nice thickness to the ceramic tiles of the top. The ceramic tiles with a few small and minor surface irregularities inherent in the production. The tiles with a few shallow surface scratches, only visible on close inspection. One of the corner tiles with two minute edge chips, as seen in the catalogue illustration. The ground surrounding the tiles with some inherent irregularities that present in a browner hue, as seen in the catalogue illustration. The metal legs with some minor surface scratches, abrasions and minute losses to the finish, consistent with gentle use. A wonderful deeply sculptural form.
