Condition

Overall in very good original condition. When examined under blacklight, there is no evidence of prior restoration. The surfaces of the pitcher with a few minor surface irregularities consistent with the material and technique. One minor irregularity to the rim, under the glaze, measuring 1/8 inch in length that is inherent in the production. There is a minute area to the underside of the handle where the glazework is slightly uneven that exposes the ground. This area shows as a very small line measuring 1/8 inch in length and is not visible once the pitcher is righted. The pitcher with intricate scale, and shows the signature aesthetic of the artist. ---
