Condition
Overall in good original condition. The mirrored glass with minor surface scratches, minute edge abrasions and traces of discoloration and wear to the silvering throughout consistent with the natural aging of the mercury technique and more visible on one side of the base as seen in the catalogue illustration. The top panels are slightly loose. The lamp appears to retain its original hardware, with traces of oxidation. The painted surface with surface dirt and minor edge abrasions consistent with age and gentle use. The lamp is currently fitted with a US plug and is electrically stable. A very decorative piece that epitomizes the artistÂ’s aesthetics and choice of material.
