Condition
Overall in very good condition. The metal elements with a richly saturated patinas. The metal surfaces with minor surface scratches, surface dirt, minor evidence of oxidation and isolated scattered rubbing to the patina consistent with age and gentle use as seen in the catalogue illustration. The gilding appears to have been sensitively retouched at some point in the piece history. Minute abrasion to a few tips, consistent with handling. The shades are later and present with minor surface dirt and a few minor and isolated tears, consistent with age and gentle use. A very decorative pair of wall lights and dynamic design, which presents with a great scale when viewed in person.
